Short summary

What participants took away

Practical guidance that raises a project's chances of passing a donor's review — from first contact to entering international consortia.

The donor's perspective

6 readiness assessment domains: Governance, Compliance, Finance, Delivery, Impact, Partnerships — and the typical mistakes on which companies "burn".

Entering consortia

How to go from strategy to partnership and get into Horizon Europe, EIC and international grant consortia.

Compliance and cybersecurity

ISO 27001, data protection, NDAs and anti-corruption compliance — not a cost, but a competitive edge with the grant-maker.

Answers to your questions

What participants asked

Is the recording available, and to whom?

Yes — the full conference recording is already available in the "Recording" block above or on YouTube. Watch whenever suits you, free of charge.

We haven't applied for grants yet — will it be useful?

Yes. The conference shows how to build a readiness system from scratch. The next step is a free Readiness assessment across 6 domains.

Is this ISO certification?

No. GSA certification is against the technical standard TS 705010-2025 (GMBP) from the accredited body Quay Audit UK, with entry into the IRQAO register. ISO (9001, 27001) is a separate topic, covered by Roman Hrytskiv.

How can I quickly check a counterparty before a project?

With YouControl and YC.Market — 580+ due-diligence factors, 220+ sources, ~30 seconds per company. Mykhailo Koltsov's practical segment is in the recording.

How long does preparing for certification take?

It depends on the company's readiness. Start with the Assessment — it will reveal the gaps and first steps, and we'll put together a clear plan.

What should I do next after the conference?

Take the Readiness assessment → choose a certification package → join GSA membership. Details are in the "Next steps" block below.
